TAVR/Structural Heart Program Coordinator (APN), Full Time  

AtlantiCare, a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient and the leading health system in southeastern New Jersey, is seeking a TAVR/Structural Heart Program Coordinator to join the cardiac care team within the Heart Institute at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.

This is a new and exciting role for an advanced practice nurse to step into a vitally important position. This TAVR/Structural Heart Program Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a seamless continuum of care from evaluation and test orders for TAVR candidates to postoperative care and follow-up appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry into the national TAVR registry, as well as other ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the TAVR and Structural Heart Program.

The ideal candidate would be an advanced practice nurse with at least one year of experience, preferably in cardiology or a cardiac surgery setting.
